Lessons are $20.00 per half hour, which works out to be $80.00 per month in a four week month. $100.00 per month in a five week month. Payment being due at the beginning of each month, lessons will not be given on credit. Anyone without payment will not be given a lesson and will not be made up by the Encore staff.

Payment of each week will be due for the full month, If there are four (or five) weeks in any given month all weeks will have to be paid, whether or not you plan on being present each week.

Same day or short notice cancellations will not be made up or credited. A minimum of one week is needed in order to reschedule a lesson time.

When discontinuing lessons, you must finish out the lessons already paid for. If you choose not to finish them, you will not be refunded.

Any lessons canceled by staff will be made up or credited to the next month.

Holidays that Encore closes for will also not be charged. Memorial/ Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve/day.
